COUNTERFEIT RECORDS was founded in 2005 by the Glass Gentlemen duo to open the doors for creative artists everywhere in an attempt to combat the genre's progression towards mindless pop diddies. Counterfeit represents all electronically influenced music whether computer generated, mixed with live sound, or filtered through processors and synths.

JRUMATIC RECORDS spawned from a mixture of Counterfeit artists and the Rocky Mountain Range's party scene. The group serves as both an inlet for Colorado to receive the world's healthiest beats and rhythms and an outlet to premiere Denver's own brand of brain-searing electro-grooves.
